About the role

Defence Bakery, a historic bakery and confectionery brand in Delhi, is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join its team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting talent that aligns with the company’s values and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate potential.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas related to outreach calls and email communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
