About the role
Defence Bakery, a historic bakery and confectionery brand in Delhi, is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join its team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting talent that aligns with the company’s values and growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate potential.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas related to outreach calls and email communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
- High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
