Recruiter – Jaipur (Multiple Levels & Vendor Management)

About the role

We are expanding our talent acquisition team and are looking for enthusiastic Recruiters and Vendor Management professionals to support hiring across India, the UAE, the USA, and the UK. The positions are based in Jaipur with relocation options across Rajasthan.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate candidates for IT and contractual roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Ceipal.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboard new vendors and handle contractual hiring across multiple technical domains.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes for domestic, UAE, USA and UK hiring mandates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified talent.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in core recruitment or vendor management.
• Experience in contractual hiring and managing multiple technical skill sets.
• Immediate availability or able to join within 10–15 days.
• For internship roles, a technical background and interest in HR recruitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal).
• Strong understanding of contractual recruitment processes.
