About the role

Bayzat is looking for a hands‑on Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring delivery for priority roles across the business. The role is execution‑focused and outcome‑driven, ideal for someone who thrives on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and disciplined process ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions – from intake, sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and closure.
• Ensure timely progress at every hiring stage, proactively removing blockers and maintaining a professional candidate experience.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases and direct outreach, building strong shortlists and talent pipelines for recurring or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Track sourcing effectiveness, continuously improve outreach quality and response rates.
• Conduct structured screening calls, produce clear decision‑ready notes and apply defined assessment criteria consistently.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Operations and the Talent Acquisition Lead to keep data clean and hiring decisions on schedule.

• Hands‑on, execution‑focused recruiter with a track record of delivering high‑quality hires quickly.
• Strong ability to source, screen and manage candidate pipelines independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with hiring managers and internal recruitment teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
