Recruiter – Full‑time, Jaipur

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a fast‑growing children’s fashion platform, ensuring we attract and secure top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with Indian employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the fashion or retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Indian labour regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
