About the role
NSN Silver Mines is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its mining and corporate operations in Erode. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s growth by attracting qualified talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job postings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various functions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Coordinate selection processes, extend offers, and support onboarding activities.
- Keep accurate recruitment records and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment.

- Understanding of fair hiring practices and basic labor regulations.
