About the role
We are seeking a Recruiter to lead bulk hiring and agent hiring initiatives in Jaipur. The role focuses on sourcing large volumes of candidates through online job portals and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Drive bulk hiring campaigns to meet high‑volume staffing targets.
- Conduct agent hiring drives, identifying and onboarding suitable agents.
- Utilise job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to post vacancies, search resumes and engage candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment or agent hiring.
- Familiarity with Indian job portals, especially Naukri.
- Comfortable working a six‑day week on‑site in Jaipur.
