Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our clients in the sales, FMCG and retail sectors. The role involves sourcing high‑quality candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Develop and nurture candidate relationships and networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive follow‑up and coordination abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and good at negotiation.
• Experience recruiting for sales, FMCG or retail is a plus.
