About the role

Topworker is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Salesperson to join its Lucknow office. You will work directly with prospective buyers and sellers, guide them through property visits, and manage the entire transaction process from lead generation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and qualify prospective buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property visits and showcase listings.
• Generate leads and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and prepare basic transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely follow‑up and high‑quality customer service.
• Achieve defined sales targets while upholding professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing and customer‑service skills.
• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of local regulations.
• Good knowledge of Lucknow’s real‑estate market conditions.
• Demonstrated sales abilities: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Comfortable using phones, email, and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel within Lucknow for property visits.
• Prior real‑estate or field‑sales experience is advantageous; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
