About the role
Colliers is seeking a Bid Manager cum Analyst and a Cost Manager to support project management activities across North, East and West regions, with a preference for candidates based in Gurgaon. The role combines bid preparation, data tracking, and cost management for interior fit‑out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain all business trackers, MIS and data records.
- Measure conversion rates on business development activities (Enquiry, RFP, Win/Loss).
- Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals and support backend business development.
- Maintain marketing inventory, case studies and capability decks for all sectors.
- Coordinate with Operations Head on monthly revenue projections and project‑wise forecasts.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience for Bid Manager role; 7 years plus interior fit‑out experience for Cost Manager role.
- Female candidate preferred for Bid Manager position.
- Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
