Quality Technician (Tech 1/Tech 2)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Technician (Tech 1/Tech 2) to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming raw materials and molded blanks meet the specifications defined by Regional Quality, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming raw material (RM) and molded blanks (MB) according to released specifications.
• Maintain and update records for material inspection, equipment re‑validation, and daily challenge tests.
• Perform daily calibration of measuring equipment and keep calibration logs.
• Update and verify line‑clearance, online/offline, line‑defect, and non‑conforming product records following good documentation practices.
• Ensure the health of all measuring equipment in the Quality lab and support product validation activities.
• Use recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and implement 5S principles in the lab.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in a quality or inspection role.
• B.Sc. or Diploma in plastics or a related field.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments and handle a multi‑task environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
