Quality Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Officer to join our food production team. In this role you will ensure that all processes meet industry‑approved quality standards and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes in line with HACCP, GMP and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance and identify gaps.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and recommend actions to boost overall quality performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and execute corrective actions.
• Facilitate training sessions to educate staff on quality protocols and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience implementing and monitoring HACCP, GMP, and root‑cause analysis (RCA) systems.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of developing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor are a plus.
• Willingness to work in three rotating shifts.
