Quality Manager

About the role

JRD Fibre Composite Private Limited is looking for a Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve quality assurance and control processes for its FRP and ARP rod manufacturing operations. The role ensures products meet premium standards, customer expectations, and ISO certification requirements while supporting new product development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and innovate the quality control process across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Maintain documentation and quality management systems in line with ISO certification.
• Lead the quality assurance team, monitor test reports and ensure instrument calibration.
• Interpret customer expectations and implement processes to achieve 100% acceptance.
• Design product specifications to comply with safety standards.
• Conduct internal quality inspections (IGI) according to the quality plan.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S and Total Quality Management.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in quality management and control.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
