Quality Engineer – QMS

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Quality Engineer focused on Quality Management Systems (QMS) to support its manufacturing operations. The role involves developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure raw materials, in‑process items, and finished products meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, assess, update, and implement technical quality assurance methods for raw materials, equipment, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with Micron’s quality standards and applicable government regulations.
• Analyze inspection data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain consistent application of manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and ISO regulations.
• Outstanding analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
