QC Engineer – Quality Assurance & ISO 9001

About the role

We are looking for a proactive QC Engineer to ensure the quality of incoming materials and finished products throughout the production process. You will drive a zero‑defect culture, implement ISO 9001 standards, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, implement and monitor processes and systems in line with ISO 9001.
• Identify root causes of defects and lead corrective actions using FMEA and control plans.
• Analyse and report internal, supplier defects and customer complaints.
• Maintain the Quality Management System, coordinate audits with certification bodies, and conduct product, process and system audits.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers, re‑evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
• Resolve production process issues and communicate quality observations to customers.
• Conduct monthly Quality Management reviews and present charts and analysis.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis, FMEA and control plan development.
• Ability to lead audits, manage corrective actions and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with suppliers and customers.
