Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a result‑oriented Quality Assurance Executive to lead Cirkla’s quality management system for sustainable packaging. You will ensure that products manufactured at third‑party facilities in Asia meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality of products sold by Cirkla produced at third‑party locations in Asia.
• Implement and maintain a quality management program for moulded fibre products.
• Inspect processes and outputs regularly to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection standards and quality documentation for global supply chains.
• Collaborate with product development, production and sales teams to align specifications.
• Identify root causes of quality issues, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality audits of material suppliers, report findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Required profile

• Food Technologist or Packaging Technologist from reputed institutes (e.g., ICT, IIP, CFTRI).
• 2‑3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance function within a high‑growth environment.
• Track record of delivering quality‑related projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Self‑starter with high ownership and desire for personal growth.
