Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure that every watch, component and accessory meets Rotoris’s high standards of design, functionality and aesthetics before reaching customers. The role is based in Gurgaon and works on‑site within the Product Development and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality inspections of watches, components, packaging, and accessories.
• Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
• Identify product defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Operations, and Vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform incoming, in‑process, and final quality inspections.
• Ensure products meet design specifications, functional requirements, and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and defect analysis documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to improve product quality.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
• Participate in new product development and quality validation before product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Experience in consumer products, watches, lifestyle products, accessories or manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and root‑cause analysis.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA and FMEA (advantage).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
