QC Assistant - Bridal Couture

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QC Assistant to support our bridal couture line in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality for luxury ethnic garments and intricate embroidery, working closely with designers, artisans and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect garments and embroidery at sampling and production stages.
• Verify quality standards for construction, fit, finishing and overall presentation.
• Visit embroidery vendors and job‑work units regularly to monitor progress and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality‑approved pieces.
• Coordinate with design, production and finishing teams to resolve any quality issues.
• Maintain QC reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of QC experience in bridal couture, designer wear or premium ethnic apparel.
• Strong knowledge of hand embroidery, embellishments, luxury fabrics and garment construction.
• Proven experience managing embroidery vendors and outsourced production.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for vendor visits.
