QA Engineer – Pune

About the role

Join TransPerfect's fast‑growing team in Pune as a QA Engineer. You will help ensure the quality of flagship software products by designing, executing, and automating test cases across web, mobile, and API layers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, execute, and document manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, API, and database components.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to define test plans and traceability matrices.
• Track defects in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes, introduce cross‑browser enablement, and contribute to automation framework enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile, cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Java and C# programming.
• .NET development background.
• Selenium and Playwright automation frameworks.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Continuous Integration tools (Azure DevOps, TFS).
• Bug tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• GUI‑driven and programmatic testing.
