About the role
The Purchasing Operator will support procurement operations in Navi Mumbai, ensuring smooth execution of purchasing activities, compliance with processes, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support creation, validation, and tracking of purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Resolve procurement‑related queries, handle tickets, and maintain documentation.
- Perform PR completeness checks and follow up on PO status.
- Maintain compliance records and generate regular reporting and KPI tracking.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and 2‑5 years of experience in PR/PO lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with procurement compliance policies and shared‑services or BPO environments.
- Strong coordination, communication, and detail‑oriented work approach.
Required skills
- SAP (ERP tool)
