Purchase Executive – Procurement Specialist

About the role

DERMATOUCH is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging components for its dermocosmetics line. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Create and manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and optimize stock.
• Analyze market trends, negotiate pricing, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Verify that purchased materials meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or skincare.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using Tally or ERP systems; Zoho experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and proactive.
