Project Planning & Control Manager

About the role

Avina Clean Hydrogen is seeking a Manager – Project Planning & Control to join its India centre of excellence in Vadodara. You will own the development, implementation and monitoring of project schedules across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to plant hand‑over, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery of clean hydrogen facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for feasibility, FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over phases.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify critical path activities and propose corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, Gantt charts and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive schedule documentation, including change logs and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with finance teams to track budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and compare actual expenditures against approved budgets.
• Provide techno‑commercial guidance on schedule, cost and cash‑flow implications throughout project stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning and control for large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform CPM analysis and forecast financial performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Vadodara, Gujarat.
