Estimation & Billing Engineer

About the role

Shubh Engineering Services LLP is looking for two Estimation / Billing Engineers to join their team in Vadodara. The ideal candidates will have 2‑3 years of experience in civil and structural project estimation and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity estimates, BOQ and costing for civil and structural projects.
• Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills and subcontractor bills.
• Perform quantity take‑offs from civil, structural and architectural drawings.
• Conduct rate analysis and develop project cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, site and project teams and monitor project quantities, costing and billing documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in estimation and billing.
• Knowledge of civil and structural construction works.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis and quantity surveying.
