Project Manager (Supervising Associate)

About the role

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate – Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives across multiple business pillars. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting a global, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, across various organizational pillars.
• Set up and maintain Azure Boards, Microsoft Planner, and Gantt‑style project trackers as required.
• Monitor the triple constraints of time, cost, and scope to guarantee successful deliverables.
• Organise and lead project meetings, produce minutes, and circulate status reports, updates, and approvals.
• Track project schedules, adjust timelines, and ensure all milestones and actions meet agreed SLA/KPI targets.
• Follow up on action items with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to adapt responsibilities to evolving business needs and support US, EMEIA, and APAC time zones.
