Project Manager – Site (Large‑Scale Construction)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of a large‑scale construction project on site. You will be the single point of accountability for schedule, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder coordination, driving the project from mobilisation through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed execution plans, schedules and resource strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional site teams including construction, engineering, planning, QA/QC, EHS and administration.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and trigger corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement and external consultants for seamless execution.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work sequences and manage budgets, cost variances and site expenditures.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20–25 years of experience managing large‑scale industrial, infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors/vendors.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and the local language.
