Required profile
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of PHE/plumbing contracting experience
- Proven experience on commercial, residential and institutional projects, including high‑rise buildings
- Good communication in English and Tamil
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and work on‑site for extended periods
Required skills
- Ability to read and interpret PHE drawings, BOQs and specifications
- Hands‑on experience with billing and quantity measurement
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Excel
