Project Manager – PMC (Construction)

About the role

The incumbent will lead a multidisciplinary Project Management team covering civil, MEP and safety disciplines to deliver projects on time, within budget, and without quality or safety deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and detailed schedules with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Establish realistic budgets, allocate resources efficiently and monitor expenditures against approved limits.
• Ensure strict compliance with design specifications, standards and safety regulations throughout construction.
• Conduct regular quality audits, implement quality‑control procedures and oversee material and NDT testing.
• Manage change orders, cost variations and maintain accurate progress reporting for clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, address concerns, and drive expectations management across all project teams.
• Oversee final inspections, handover activities and capture lessons learned for future projects.

Required profile

• Graduate Engineer (BE/B.Tech) in Civil with a minimum of 12 years of PMC experience in residential and industrial buildings.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Civil engineering is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with nondestructive testing (NDT) methods and material testing is an advantage.
