QA/QC Engineer – Residential Building Project (5 openings)

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers to strengthen our Building & Infrastructure team at the Residential Building Project in Gurgaon. Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site operations.
• Support implementation of Quality Management Plans (QMP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Review construction drawings and quantity requirements.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, deviations, and safety concerns.
• Assist in surveying, site setting‑out, and construction verification.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, budgets, and project documentation.
• Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, or project quality management.
• Proven experience on large‑scale commercial and residential projects.
• Exposure to Central Government projects, consultancy assignments, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
