Project Manager - Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of medical device products. The role oversees the full product lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, budget, and schedule while meeting high‑quality standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage all project phases from concept through clinical evaluation and market launch.
• Set operational goals, develop timelines, and allocate resources to meet project objectives.
• Prioritize tasks across workstreams and coordinate with cross‑functional teams worldwide, including R&D, regulatory, clinical, marketing, finance, operations, and quality.
• Lead phase reviews, core team meetings, and communication with senior leadership.
• Monitor and control project budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex medical device projects.
• Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Project Management methodology expertise.
