Project Manager

About the role

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex flow‑control projects. The role involves planning, directing, and ensuring successful outcomes while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and adhering to Flowserve’s standards and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily management meetings, production reviews, cost reviews and project reviews.
• Conduct internal and external kick‑off meetings (KOM) for all orders and with major sub‑suppliers.
• Perform preliminary risk assessments, maintain risk registers and RAIL mitigation actions, and update risks monthly.
• Apply Phase Gate procedures to meet on‑time delivery KPIs and manage project communication per PMO requirements.
• Lead lessons‑learned forums, capture and register findings.
• Develop and validate project schedules using CPM methodology, monitor critical path, and report monthly progress to customers.
• Review original budget and scope, manage change authorizations and documentation in Windchill/OEPDMS.
• Handle progress payment invoicing and collection.
