Project Manager

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead embedded engineering projects for automotive and off‑road vehicle solutions. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, from planning through closure, while mentoring a cross‑functional scrum team.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, quality, risk and stakeholder management.
• Create and empower a scrum team, identify skill gaps and drive competency improvements.
• Mentor team members, manage goal planning and annual assessments.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, and scheduling tools (MPP, Prime, Planisware).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop features and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle conflict resolution, presentations and customer communication.
• Oversee vendor and procurement management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics/Electrical engineering.
• 10‑13 years of embedded software development, testing and project management experience.
• Proven experience leading multi‑national teams of 15‑20 members.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience with CAN/J1939, UDS protocols and JTAG debugging tools.

Required skills

• PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with MPP, Prime, Planisware scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of CAN, J1939, UDS, JTAG debuggers.
• Familiarity with ALM or Azure DevOps for requirement management.
• Experience with Autosar, Model‑Based Development (MBSE).
• Programming/scripting in Python, VB, C#.
• Understanding of CI, automated testing and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
