Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead multiple client eCommerce implementations and post‑launch optimisation road‑maps, acting as the main point of contact for clients while coordinating international development teams using Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project details, including schedule, scope, budget, staffing and risk.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, status meetings and release planning with internal and client stakeholders.
• Drive adherence to Tryzens’ processes and methodologies to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor and report on project financials, timelines and performance against baselines.
• Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks, eliminating inefficiencies and roadblocks.
• Oversee offshore delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Engage in proposals, estimations and client optimisation road‑maps.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements for incident and problem management in partnership with the Service and Support team.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and project scope.
• Experience working with international, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Consultative approach to guide clients toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
