Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they meet agreed‑upon time, scope, budget and quality standards. This role requires strong client liaison, commercial awareness and the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow across all disciplines and with client teams.
• Develop detailed project timelines, review briefs and clarify ambiguities.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, renegotiating timelines when necessary.
• Plan production capacity, manage spikes in demand and fulfill service level agreements.
• Generate periodic status reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, create contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately.
• Maintain strong relationships with account managers and clients, managing expectations.
• Support business development by assisting in migration of new clients or services.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to coach and inspire team members.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
