Project Manager

About the role

Chiltier is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of its wearable thermal‑management solutions in New Delhi. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, accelerate timelines and ensure projects meet quality, budget and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, allocating resources and tracking milestones.
• Expedite material and service deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Oversee inspection processes to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Align engineering, production and business teams with project goals.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project‑management experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
