About the role
We are seeking a professional driver to transport company executives safely and punctually to appointments, meetings and other engagements. The role requires thorough knowledge of local traffic patterns, strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to maintain the vehicle in a clean and well‑stocked condition.
Key responsibilities
- Drive executives to and from various locations, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
- Plan efficient routes using knowledge of local area and traffic conditions.
- Keep the vehicle clean, stocked with necessary supplies, and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs before and after trips.
- Complete daily logs of mileage, fuel usage and any incidents.
- Report vehicle problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform occasional office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and maintaining files.
- Attend mandatory safety trainings and comply with all company policies.
