Executive Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable driver to transport company executives safely and punctually to appointments, meetings and other engagements. The role requires thorough knowledge of local routes, vehicle upkeep and occasional office support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company executives to and from appointments, meetings and other engagements in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns to ensure efficient route planning.
• Keep the vehicle clean and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
• Assist passengers with luggage and any other needs before and after trips.
• Handle all maintenance and repair needs for the assigned vehicle.
• Complete daily logs documenting mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents.
• Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to a supervisor promptly.
• Perform general office duties as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
• Attend mandatory safety trainings and meetings and comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Capability to keep the vehicle clean, stocked and well‑maintained.
• Willingness to follow traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
• Readiness to assist passengers with luggage and other needs.
• Competence in handling vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
• Accuracy in completing daily mileage and incident logs.
• Promptness in reporting vehicle issues to supervisors.
• Flexibility to perform occasional office duties and attend safety trainings.
