Project Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects within its CSS division. Based in Naroda, you will ensure projects align with internal standards and contractual obligations while driving efficiency and quality across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close assigned projects, maintaining schedules, cost controls, risk registers, and status reports.
• Identify and resolve deviations from approved plans, managing critical paths to meet milestone goals.
• Coordinate internal functions such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and QA/QC.
• Facilitate consensus decisions, resolve conflicts, and communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, drive cost‑ratio improvements, and ensure deliverables meet quality requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust‑based relationships.
• Share best practices, collaborate with vendors, and support audits and client reviews with accurate documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading major projects in an Oil & Gas environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and proven conflict‑resolution techniques.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly valued.
• Process‑oriented, self‑directed, with excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop detailed project timelines and schedules.
