Project Manager – Construction (Kochi, Kerala)

About the role

Kool Home Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise construction projects in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor construction activities for high‑rise buildings.
• Manage site operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and report progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all work adheres to local regulations and company quality standards.

Required profile

• BTech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction domain.
• At least 2 years in a site‑in‑charge or similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing high‑rise building projects.
• Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory) and proficient in English.
