Project Manager – Construction (Head of Construction)

About the role

Binay Prakash Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Head of Construction to lead day‑to‑day site operations for its residential and commercial projects in Ranchi. You will own the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of construction site operations, monitoring progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, PMC consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal site teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure timely material availability.
• Resolve on‑site technical and operational issues with full accountability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with BOQs, drawings, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance for budgeting, billing verification, and cost control.
• Maintain execution discipline without constant supervision.

Required profile

• 6‑12 years of construction/site execution experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager or Head of Construction role.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related qualification.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end construction operations independently.
• Strong ownership mindset and self‑driven work ethic.
