Project Manager – Civil (5‑Star Hotel Construction)

About the role

The Project Manager – Civil will lead the delivery of a luxury 5‑star hotel construction, ensuring the project meets scope, budget, quality and timeline requirements. This role demands extensive experience in high‑end hospitality projects and close coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures and milestone plans.
• Supervise all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural, MEP, interior fit‑out, landscaping and external works.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Control project costs, review contractor bills, variation orders and prepare financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, monitoring contractual obligations.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including architects, hotel operators and local authorities.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, promoting a zero‑accident culture.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing high‑end hospitality construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards and quality requirements.
