Project Manager – Boat Building

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate boat building projects at our Aluva‑Perumbavoor facility. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on expediting, project oversight, inspection and logistics to deliver projects on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project expediting activities to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely progress.
• Plan, monitor and control project schedules, budgets and resources for boat construction.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the build process.
• Manage logistics, including material handling, supplier coordination and delivery scheduling.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling IRS and CSL systems is a plus.
