Project Head – Civil Site Execution

About the role

The Civil Site Execution Manager leads day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring that all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets. This senior position focuses on site supervision, quality control, safety compliance and effective coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site civil construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to keep the project on track.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare regular progress reports and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Maintain quality standards, implement quality‑control procedures and enforce safety regulations on site.
• Manage manpower, materials and equipment efficiently, verifying contractor bills and tracking material consumption.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues that arise during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8–20 years of experience in civil construction site execution, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.

Required skills

• Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with Primavera (advantageous).
