Project Executive – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Executive will lead the execution and management of diverse construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves close coordination with architects, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors across multiple sites in Kerala.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage MEP, flooring, gypsum ceiling, carpentry, joinery, façade, and landscaping works.
• Plan and oversee all site activities, maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to resolve on‑site issues.
• Prepare material requirement indents based on schedule, stock levels and lead times.
• Verify and certify contractor bills and prepare BOQs for additional works.
• Produce detailed project reports and progress updates for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Preferably under 35 years of age.
• Fluent in Hindi; candidates based in or near Kozhikode preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
• No accommodation provided.
