Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a well‑organized Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will lead on‑site activities, coordinate with various professionals and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Supervise crew members, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
• Prepare accurate estimates for time and material costs and monitor budget performance.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks and enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Compile and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors and other professionals to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain work schedules that meet project deadlines.
