Project Architect

About the role

Studio 2.47 is seeking a Project Architect to join its Pune studio. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering thoughtful, sustainable design solutions from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept to construction documentation.
• Develop design proposals, detailed drawings, and BIM models.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into all phases of work.
• Manage project schedules, submittals, and coordination of multidisciplinary inputs.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Arch degree with 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong design sense and ability to produce creative, context‑responsive interventions.
• Proven experience managing project lifecycles, including team coordination and documentation.
• Understanding of structural and functional requirements in building design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, especially Revit.
• Rendering expertise using D5 or equivalent visualization software.
