Executive Assistant

About the role

Jaihind Construction is seeking a full‑time Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team in the Pune Division. The role is based on‑site and involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare, track and reconcile expense reports in line with company policies.
• Organise and maintain documentation, correspondence and accurate records.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow‑ups.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and confidential materials.
• Support executive decision‑making by gathering and organising relevant information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive or administrative support, preferably within construction or related industries.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pune and demonstrate reliability.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, commerce or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience with calendar management and expense reporting tools.
