Program Management Associate (PMA)

About the role

The Program Management Associate (PMA) supports NIAT’s academic operations by handling day‑to‑day execution while contributing to strategic program improvements. This on‑site role ensures smooth class delivery, enhances student experience, and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily/weekly schedules for classes, labs and assessments; coordinate session availability on the LMS.
• Oversee content deployment across LMS environments (Beta, Gamma, Live) and resolve related issues.
• Track student data (attendance, submissions, engagement) and run communication campaigns using tools such as WebEngage.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Serve as primary contact for student queries, facilitating coordination with mentors and internal support teams.
• Support execution of assessments, workshops, placement drives and campus events.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to plan and execute academic programs and identify process improvements.
• Work with product, content and student success teams to resolve operational issues and support branding and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational ability and proactive execution mindset.
• Ownership and accountability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas, data management).
• Comfort using digital dashboards and Learning Management System platforms.
• Experience with communication tools such as WebEngage.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting communications – a plus.
