Program Communications Manager – MobiliseHer

About the role

The Program Communications Manager will join WRI India’s MobiliseHer team to shape and deliver strategic communication products that showcase the impact of gender‑focused urban mobility initiatives across Indian cities. You will create compelling digital content, support on‑ground events, and help build the project’s overall visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short videos, graphics, reels and other digital assets for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Repurpose research reports, decks and blogs into concise social‑media messages.
• Design and execute a communication strategy tailored to target audiences.
• Support workshops, convenings and webinars by documenting proceedings and producing related content.
• Prepare presentation decks, brochures, flyers and other outreach materials.
• Coordinate contracts, vendor invoices and administrative tasks with the operations team.

Required profile

• Strong command of English writing, editing and proofreading.
• Experience creating engaging social‑media content for multiple platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and external partners.
