Production Staff

About the role

Salecom is seeking a full‑time Production Staff member to join its manufacturing plant in Tiruvannamalai, India. The role involves supporting daily production activities in an electrical and electronic components facility, ensuring quality and safety while meeting output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and operate production machinery according to work instructions.
• Monitor product quality, report defects and maintain accurate production records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to meeting daily production targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members, assist in production planning and support shift changes.
• Help train new staff on basic tasks, safety practices and quality checks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational qualification in a technical/manufacturing field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic manufacturing or factory operations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, consistent attendance and flexibility to work shifts if needed.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a team‑oriented environment.
