Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations Lead

About the role

The Production Manager will lead manufacturing operations, ensuring that production plans are executed on time and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and cost‑control across a large team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet delivery targets.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities, optimizing efficiency and quality.
• Maintain IPC and ISO quality standards while driving defect reduction.
• Supervise, train, and allocate workforce of operators and technicians.
• Enforce EHS standards and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor production costs, scrap rates, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Track KPIs such as OEE, FPY, and overall output, reporting performance to management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 15–20 years of production management experience, preferably in ISP or similar manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IPC and ISO quality standards.
• Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations.
• Understanding of production KPIs such as OEE and FPY.
